R20 Brazil, ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA Sao Paulo and Aspern Seestad invite you to join a bilateral Smart City Workshop for Industry Leaders from Austria and Brazil, on May 27th 2019 in Vienna, Austria.

Aspern Seedstadt is a Vienna urban development projects that started 10 years ago and will see the creation of high-quality housing, based on the concept of smart city, for over 20.000 residents and up to 25.000 workplaces Following a visit from R20 Brazil last December, a potential replication project was identified in the city of Sao Carlos, in Brazil.

Located in Sao Paulo State, Sao Carlos is a city of nearly 300.000 inhabitants with high potential for a project such as Aspern. A partnership was established between Sao Carlos, R20 Brazil and Aspern to study the feasibility of such project in the city of Sao Carlos.

The Bilateral Smart City workshop in Vienna on May 27 will provide the opportunity to formalize this partnership while presenting Brazilian and Austrian Smart Cities’ related technologies.
